Felicitas joined the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre in 2016. She is the Project Director for the KnowTheChain benchmarks. She focuses on overseeing the benchmark research, analysis, and communication, as well as the engagement with the 180 benchmarked companies and engages with global investors on forced labor topics.
From 2011-2016, Felicitas worked for the ESG Engagements team at the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment. Initially in charge of managing the PRI’s investor collaboration platform and webinar series, she was subsequently responsible for managing the PRI’s investor-company engagements on social issues, including on topics such as labor practices in agricultural supply chains. Her role also included raising awareness of and interest in human rights issues and their impacts on investor portfolios through events, publications, webinars, and podcasts.
Prior to joining the PRI, Felicitas worked in communication, events and development for the UK charities Teach First and Historic Royal Palaces. She holds a Master in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Universität Leipzig, a Certificate of Political Studies from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Rennes as well as a qualification in European Quality and Project Management. Her thesis focused on migration and European border policies.
