It states that a third party was commissioned to investigate and conduct an analysis on root causes and come up with an improvement plan. This included facilitating the improvements and training, and regularly checking in with workers to ensure improvements were effective.
Intel discloses remedy outcomes for workers at its second- and third-tier suppliers, including the repayment of fees and the return of passports.
